Mirah Property Group has launched La Roca, a brand-new development of prestigious cliff-top luxury villas in Nusa Dua.
Located on ‘Billionaires Road’, La Roca neighbours Bali’s top 5-star resorts – the Ritz-Carlton, the Hilton Bali Resort, and the Apurva Kempinski. However, unlike its neighbours, La Roca is a complex of eight private ultra-luxury super villas.

La Roca, meaning The Rock, sees the villas carved directly into the rock face. Each unit includes top-of-the-line facilities such as an infinity pool with a cascading natural rock formation and an accompanying fire pit overlooking the Indian Ocean.
Within the first couple of weeks of La Roca’s launch, four of the eight villas have been sold to Mirah Property Group’s pool of existing investors, leaving only four villas remaining.

The luxury villa’s design, furnishing, and decorations are bespoke and in keeping with La Roca’s unique style. Key elements are the luxury villa’s stone walls, high ceilings, mixed textures and rounded interiors that contrast with the sharp contours of the natural rock face.
La Roca draws on Mediterranean influences for its imposing arched stone façade; complemented by understated Californian mid-century interiors.
The expansive open-plan living room and the top floor bedrooms open out to immersive floor-to-ceiling ocean views. These dramatic ocean views are a consistent fundamental focal point to La Roca‘s design and layout.
The ground-breaking ceremony is scheduled to take place in late February 2022. The project is expected to reach completion within 24 months.
