Originally from Ireland, I have traveled the world extensively and have previously lived in other countries in Asia. I am extremely fortunate to have been able to call Indonesia my home for the last 14 years. Having met and developed friendships and business relationships with people from all over the world has enabled me to understand different cultures when doing business with International clients and business partners which is extremely helpful to the success of this company.
My responsibilities include the overseeing and control of all company wide business operations, implementing strategic plans and policies, and am responsible for the whole management team and the day to day operations of the business.
When I am not working I enjoy spending time with my family, watching sports, and exploring different parts of Indonesia which never ceases to amaze me how beautiful and diverse this archipelago is.

Hi, my name is Kadek and I am the Financial Director. My responsibilities include overseeing all accounting and making the financial reports for Mirah Investment & Development. I also do audits for all of Mirah Investment & Development’s projects.

My name is Stewart Morris. My role is as the head of sales and marketing for Mirah Investment & Development. I oversee the sales and marketing teams at the head office and make sure they are up to date with all the latest information and are dealing with clients appropriately.
Previously, I’ve worked with various conglomerates within the hospitality industry such as Marriot and Wyndham hotels. In my free time, I enjoy playing golf and playing the guitar.

My name is Made Susila, I’m the development manager here. That means that I am the leader of the construction team. I’m responsible for the design and the construction of the projects. I also make sure there is clear communication between contractors and our consultants, and between the management of Mirah Investment & Development and of course the client, with regards to the construction.
In my free time on the weekends, I usually go someplace around Bali for some relaxation with my family.

Hi, my name is Rika Damayanti, but you can call me Rika. My role in Mirah Investment & Development is as the Human Resource Manager. I’m responsible for the recruitment and development of Mirah Investment & Development employees as well as for all the other projects under Mirah. I also arrange the legal permits for expatriate employees – I enjoy working here!
I spend my free time with my family or sometimes I hang out with my friends. Also during my spare time, I do assessments for the local universities, as I’m an HR assessor from BNSP Indonesia which certifies other potential human resources.
Hello, my name is Meta – mostly what I do here is work on the contracts as well as assist the sales team. My position is Office Manager, so mostly I do a lot of administration and contracting.
In my free time, I enjoy relaxing at home, watching movies, and hanging out with friends and family. I’m originally from Java. At first, I was planning to live in Bali for one or two years, but I’ve ended up staying here because I like it so much.

My responsibilities are to oversee and organize the marketing team and ensure a high level of standard for all the marketing materials being produced. Hello, my name is Citra Wirya Astuti, I am the Financial Controller for Mirah Investment & Development. My duties are to give advice regarding the tax regulations of Indonesia and to help create tax plans that follow the relevant rules and regulations. If clients need to know about the tax regulations in Indonesia, I’m here to give them the latest information and offer my expert advice.
In my free time, which is on Saturday and Sunday, I go out and have fun with my friends and family.
My name is Edi and I’m the Legal Manager of Mirah Investment & Development. I have responsibilities over all the legal matters related to the construction work including all relevant permits and licenses, any agreements, as well as general legal matters related to the company.

Hi, my name is Tay Senny, I work at Mirah Investment & Development as an International Sales Executive. My duties in the office are to respond to enquiries on all our projects. Most of the time, I follow up with clients and invite them for zoom meetings and process booking fees.

James Runciman started his 20-year-long career within F&B at a young age by bringing Asian cuisine into the Bristol (UK) culinary scene with his iconic and awarding winning Japanese Bar and Restaurant in 2001.
The restaurant won many awards before it upsold in 2006, including “Best New Restaurant Concept 2002” (Class Bar Magazine) and “Best Bristol Bar Concept 2003” (FLRV Magazine). James was personally awarded “Young Entrepreneur of the Year 2002” by Shell LiveWIRE, a UK-wide enterprise development program for established entrepreneurs.
He then moved to London to work with THE BREAKFAST GROUP an operator of some of London’s top award-winning bars & restaurants, before returning to Hong Kong where he worked in partnership with Thai Iron Chef Ian Kittichai to bring Issaya Siamese Club to Hong Kong. He went on to bring the famous Potato Head brand to a new venue in Sheung Wan.
More recently, James was part of HSBC as their F&B Account Director, restructuring their entire F&B at their iconic One Queens’ Road building – from Michelin star dining to staff catering, in a multi-operations project costing upwards of USD 30 million.
Currently, in his role as Group Head of Operations for Mirah Investment & Development F&B operations, James is implementing an aggressive corporate F&B strategy aiming toward major growth in the next 12 to 24 months.
Award-winning Chef Will Meyrick, known as ‘The Street Food Chef’, has been called “the genius behind some of Bali’s best and most authentic restaurants.” Previous ventures include Sarong, Mama San, and Canggu’s Billy Ho. His career has taken him from Sydney to London, Turkey to Hong Kong, before settling on the island that ultimately won his heart, Bali.
Hello, my name is Iksan. My job is as the Content Manager. My responsibilities are to take care of the marketing assets like the 3D render images, the brochures, the presentations, videos, and everything else. I collaborate with the graphic designers and the video editors to make new campaigns. Sometimes, I also work on digital marketing for Google and Facebook ads.
Bali is quite fun – originally I’m not from an island, but a small city in Java. When I came to Bali, I found it was a different environment with less traffic, so it was better for me to live and work here in Bali.

So my name is Tude, I’ve been with Mirah Property Group since 2019 and I’m a graphic designer here. Mostly I work in the marketing department on Secana Beachtown and Ombak Luxury Residences developments. My name is Wisnu, my full name is Wisnu Wisnawa and my position is as a junior architect. I work to help the senior architect complete the architectural drawings and make 3D renders.

My name is Oktavira but you can call Okta. I’ve worked here for almost three years and I mostly work on Ombak Cemagi and Ombak Dua. My focus is on the interiors, which are the interior fittings, all the furniture, and accessories.
During most of my free time, I enjoy doing digital illustrations and a little bit of travelling.

My name is Rai Puspa, you can call me Rai. I’m here as an administrator for the sales and marketing departments, but I also work for human resources. During my day-to-day I work a lot with Meta, the office manager, to give her any documents or paperwork that she needs. I also work on shipments and bookings, and anything else that is needed.
On weekends, I enjoy watching movies and sometimes I go around with my friends.
My name is Made and my job is to repair the computers and IT system for Mirah Investment & Development. Every day I check on the computers and the systems for the different development projects of Mirah, as well as the different departments working at the head office. I also am responsible for the master back-ups and any important file transfers.
